<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Achieve Tool Shop KPI e.g.- On-Time Tool Delivery, Manufacturing Tool First Time Right Optimum utilization of man, material and machine.</li><li>Must have proficiency in CAM programming and CAD Model generation in Pro-E / DEL-CAM (POWER MILL) / CATIA / SOLID EDGE etc.</li><li>Proficiency in generating and post processing 3- Axis and 5-Axis CAM programming of vertical machining center with different controller technology e.g.- HEIDENHAIN / HAAS / Fanuc / Siemens / Cellos.</li><li>Extract core and cavity from 3D CAD Model of mold and design Copper electrode spark gap as per the requirement of GD &amp;T in Tool Design</li><li>Able to generate 2-D programming of Turning and EDM Wire cut</li><li>Good Knowledge of cutting tool technology and their application during CAM programming.</li><li>Proficiency in optimum utilization of Machine with utilization of optimum cutting –speed –feed parameter of cutting Tool.</li><li>Have a good knowledge of selection of cutting tool and tool path strategy to be use during Tool path generation</li></ul>
