<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To implement plans and initiatives relating to the Brand and Activations</li>
<li>Translate brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy</li>
<li>Organize and execute On ground campaigns</li>
<li>Forging alliances with Publication houses, TV channels, OOH partners, Local Influencers, Malls & Colleges for campaign amplification & execution</li>
<li>Vendor management</li>
<li>To liaise with internal and external teams including Programming, design, PR, sales, digital teams etc.</li>
<li>Adhere to our marketing strategy and content plan set out by stakeholders</li>
<li>Report on campaign performance to senior managers and relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop creative materials, templates & collaterals with the designer</li>
<li>Design Marketing decks for regional & National Marketing properties</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, research competitors' activities in the space of audio</li>
<li>Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field</li>
<li>Good PPT & Excel skills</li>
<li>Prior experience within Brand Management & Activations. Min. 3-4 years</li>
<li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written & are a creative thinker</li>
<li>You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for learning and growing</li>
<li>Healthy PR skills with media houses like Print, TV etc will be an added advantage</li>
