Engineering Design Specialist

<p><strong>Engineering Design:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop detailed design plans for storage tanks and pressure vessels.</li> <li>Apply engineering principles and best practices to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Utilize AutoCAD Inventor Software to create 3D models and generate accurate engineering drawings.</li> <li>Experience with Standards:</li> <li>Familiarize yourself with API ASME standards related to storage tanks and pressure vessels and incorporate them into design processes.</li> <li>Thoroughly understand and apply ASME codes and standards to the design and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Review and verify that designs comply with relevant ASME regulations to guarantee safety and quality.</li> <li>Software Expertise:</li> <li>Utilize COMPRESS software to analyze pressure vessels.</li> <li>AutoCAD Inventor to create 3D models and engineering drawings.</li> <li>Exposure to PLEX ERP software to manage and track engineering data, project progress, and documentation is an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in engineering design, preferably in the energy sector or metal fabrication industry.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Software for 3D modeling and drafting.
