<p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We need Design Engineer having experience in die design, fixture design, and checking fixtures;</li> <li>Must be an expert in CATIA;</li> <li>Must have manufacturing knowledge;</li> <li>Developing expertise in CATIA;</li> <li>Define the manufacturing process;</li> <li>Design a Die &amp; Fixture&nbsp;for the respective defined process;</li> <li>Adhere as per design standards</li> <li>Make upgradations to design as customer feedback</li> <li>Draft 2D detailing for the designs</li> <li>Create drawings &amp; 3D&nbsp;Model</li> <li>Research new materials &amp; methods of development</li> <li>Involve in prototype manufacturing with the manufacturing team</li> <li>Perform physical testing of prototype to confirm design parameters</li> <li>Ensure Design follows applicable design standards</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent technical documentation skills are expected;</li> <li>Highest level of integrity;</li> <li>Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company&#39;s success;</li> <li>Proficiency in oral and written communication;</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills;</li> <li>Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes initiative &amp; challenges;</li> <li>Attention to detail and resourceful mindset;</li> <li>Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude;</li> <li>Eagerness towards learning and a proactive mindset;</li> <li>Needless to mention, teamwork, confidentiality, and ethics are pre-requisite for the role.</li> </ul>
