Maintenance Engineer

<ul> <li>Keep the machine running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production.</li> <li>To attend CNC machines for all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards, Control</li> <li>General problem analysis with electrical/mechanical knowledge and report the machine problem to the engineer/ team leader.</li> <li>Related tasks are implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li>Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision of implementation.</li> <li>Define preventive maintenance plans/tasks for the team and report the TPM result.</li> <li>Create TPM maintenance working instructions for each piece of equipment.</li> <li>Approve the tools/ fixtures Provide support and guidance to technicians during maintenance.</li> <li>Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how.</li> <li>Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and stoppages.</li> <li>Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Professional Competencies :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge of electrics, pneumatic, and mechanics in maintenance.</li> <li>Safety awareness and knowledge on identifying/eliminating machine safety risk</li> <li>Risk-based thinking ability.</li> <li>Maintenance skill training for technician</li> <li>Manage and optimize spare part management.</li> <li>Technical documents understanding.</li> <li>Project Management and Team Management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Personal Competencies&nbsp;:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Innovation Initiative</li> <li>Implementation Result Orientation</li> <li>Learning Agility Adaptation.</li> <li>Collaboration Teamwork.</li> <li>Analytical Thinking Problem Solving</li> <li>Good English written and verbal communication.</li> </ul>
