<strong>Key Responsibilities :</strong>
<ul><li>Recruitment & Onboarding</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handle endtoend recruitment for roles across departments from shop floor workers to engineers and admin staff</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with department heads to forecast manpower needs and draft job descriptions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Source candidates schedule interviews and coordinate with external recruitment partners</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct background checks and ensure smooth onboarding including documentation orientation and training programs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Employee Engagement & Welfare</li></ul>
<ul><li>Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and execute engagement activities welfare initiatives and teambuilding programs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for HR policy salary and benefitsrelated queries</li></ul>
<ul><li>Payroll & Complianc</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursal of salaries bonuses and incentives
</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws such as PF ESI Bonus Gratuity and other regulatory obligations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with finance for audits compensation reviews and statutory filings
</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performance Management & HR Operations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keep HR policies updated in line with labor laws and company standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure health & safety regulations are followed in coordination with production and safety teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Generate HR analytics reports and documentation for internal and external use</li></ul><br>
<strong>Experience :
</strong>
<ul><li>5-6 years of handson HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with HRMSpayroll software and MS Office Suite</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (eg Factories Act ID Act LWF)</li></ul><br>
