<div><strong>Job location</strong> Shirwal&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Years of exp</strong>: 1-8 yrs</div><br><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Design and develop BIW (BodyinWhite) Fixtures and robotic automation systems</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Work with SolidEdge to create detailed 3D models drawings and assemblies</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Ensure designs meet industry standards and customer specifications</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing and automation engineers</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Conduct feasibility studies and provide design improvements</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Support prototype development and onsite installation if required </ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve designrelated issues during the manufacturing process </ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education</strong> : Diploma, BE,BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 15 years in BIW Fixture Design &amp; Robotic Automation</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li><strong>Software Skills</strong>: Strong handson experience with SolidEdge (Mandatory)</ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Technical Knowledge Understanding of GD&amp;T materials and manufacturing processes </ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Analytical Skills Ability to solve complex design problems efficiently </ul></li></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Communication Strong verbal and written communication&nbsp;skills</ul></li><br></div>
