Operation & Maintenance Engineer

<p><strong>A: Scoping &amp; Proposal Engineering and Resource Estimation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Study the Pre-Bid documents and identify scope of battery limits, work, etc.</li> <li>Prepare Technical queries to Client and Understand the answered technical queries.</li> <li>Prepare Technical proposal.</li> <li>Support the BD team by resolving the queries raised by Client on the technical proposal.</li> <li>Resource Estimation: Estimate the required Human resource Services, Materials, Tools, Tackles, Instruments, Infrastructure items, Spares, O&amp;M consumables, Services etc. for O&amp;M contract.</li> <li>Provide support in vendor qualification.</li> <li>Evaluate Technical proposal from vendors &amp; sub-contractors.</li> <li>Raise Technical queries to the vendors and resolve any technical queries received from the vendors.</li> <li>Identify possibility &amp; scope for Digitalization, Automation &amp;Mechanization to achieve better Performance with Optimum Resources.</li> </ul> <p><strong>B: Delivery Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify the required technical data - Documents, Procedures, Processes, etc.</li> <li>Understand, analyse and improve the available Working Documents/ Systems.</li> <li>Prepare / Update O&amp;M Manual, SOP &amp; SMPs.</li> <li>Provide Training to Site Execution Team on O&amp;M Manual,Processes, Procedures, Working Documents, Plant, Systems &amp;Equipment.</li> <li>Review &amp; analyse the historical &amp; current O&amp;M performance data.</li> <li>Identify Areas &amp;Potential of Improvement.</li> <li>Monitor &amp; analyse O&amp;M Performance &amp; MIS and raise alarms where required.</li> <li>Audit the Implementation of O&amp;M Manual, Processes, Procedures, Working Documents and Compliance therewith.</li> <li>Support Site Execution Team in</li> </ul>
