</div><div> Coordinate with vendors technicians and internal accounts teams for seamless workflow execution
</div><div> Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure operational alignment
</div><div> Support payment collection followups and maintain payment tracking reports
</div><div> Assist in scheduling and coordinating service review meetings with customers
</div><div> Monitor contract renewal timelines and assist in executing renewals with customers
</div><div> Travel across Maharashtra and Goa as required for onground coordination
</div><div><strong>Required Skill Set</strong>
</div><div> 13 years of experience in sales coordination customer service or a similar role
</div><div> Strong interpersonal and communication skills
</div><div> Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
</div><div> Detailoriented and wellorganized
</div><div> Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
</div><div>Preferred Skill Set
</div><div> Experience in payment followups service coordination or contract renewal processes
