Production Engineer

<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overall operations in spinning and bundling.</li> <li>Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.</li> <li>Ensure proper records keeping and storage of production records.</li> <li>Maintain and implement preventive maintenance plan for the process.</li> <li>Comply with safety policies and practices of the company.</li> <li>Reporting of production Production, Defects &amp; Wastage.</li> <li>Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.</li> <li>Able to identify the spares requirement for the process.</li> <li>Production planning and staffing of processes to optimize manpower utilization.</li> <li>Able to maintain material consumption records.</li> <li>Material requisition for the job from stores.</li> <li>Ensure minimum quantities at process area for given job order.</li> <li>Ensure that the in process testing is carried out as per control plans.</li> <li>Ensure production plan is communicated in advance to the process along with ensuring required input raw materials.</li> <li>Maintain production equipment history. Support improvement projects and any other company initiative.</li> </ul>
