<p>Position Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Quality Engineering stakeholder for all product, process, or equipment changes.</li>
<li>Evaluate the impact of process and equipment changes on product attributes and quality architectures</li>
<li>Ensure product produced under non-standard conditions is correctly held, evaluated, and released</li>
<li>Monitor critical product performance attributes and take appropriate action</li>
<li>Perform experimental designs and data analysis</li>
<li>Lead or assist in the investigation of root cause, and corrective action for customer issues</li>
<li>Recommend process and quality improvements or corrections</li>
<li>Audit the compliance of the quality system</li>
<li>Protects IP</li>
<li>Quality receiver for new manufacturing process; monitor product attribute performance</li>
<li>Oversee initial product qualification</li>
<li>Directly influence the quality of the product that customers receive</li>
<li>Uniquely positioned to understand the interrelations between all manufacturing steps</li>

</ul>
<p>Minimum Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Engineering (Any Stream)</li>
<li>3-7 years experience in a quality engineering or applications engineering role</li>
<li>Demonstrated Quality Mindset – e.g., understands impact of quality to the customer, understands the impact of various process elements on overall product quality, passion for quality</li>
<li>Approaches work with process rigor and discipline – process oriented, applies the scientific method, experience developing and implements SOPs, uses data to drive decisions and solve problems using Quality Architectures/control plan.</li>
<li>Strong quality engineering skill set – e.g., experience with Statistical Software package such as MiniTab or SAS, experience applying structured process improvement methods such as DMAIC, , DESGN, LEAN, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Experience working in a matrix environment, and demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups</li>
<li>Experience with system audits – e.g., familiarity w/ ISO 9000 or TL9000 requirements, experience as a business process auditor, etc.</li>
