<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The selected candidate will be responsible for:</li>
<li>- Creating Engineering Master sections</li>
<li>- Concept design, macro feasibility during styling stage</li>
<li>- CAD modeling and 3D annotations of TRIM components and assemblies ensuring timely delivery at every milestones as per Project time plan</li>
<li>- Work out detail Engineering, TPL creation and Release in PLM</li>
<li>- Define validation plan of TRIM components and assemblies on component level meeting all requirements of functionality, performance and quality as per standards</li>
<li>- Understand and implement feedback from all internal agencies and external agencies (component suppliers, engineering service provider) for design, Engineering, development and Launch of vehicle</li>
<li>- Participate in the initiatives like VAVE, weight reduction and quality improvements and deliver as per given target of cost, quality and weight</li>
<li>- POST launch engineering support to resolve all manufacturing, Weight, Quality and Cost reduction activities</li>
<li>- Craftsmanship, Ergonomics, Accommodation & Usage Requirements Understanding & Deployment</li>
<li>- Deployment of design tools like DFS, DFMEA,DFA, DFM, QFD etc.</li>
<li>- The job requires domain knowledge of Trims Design for Automotive exterior components and assemblies • Knowledge of Cockpit & Trim Components</li>
<li>- Plastic components Design and engineering both trims and Aesthetic beadings and seals and finishers</li>
<li>- Knowledge of tooling of plastics and manufacturing processes and moldings processes. • CATIA expertise, in solid, surf ace modeling, assembly modeling, 3D annotations</li>
<li>- Knowledge of Interior Trims / Exterior Trims regulations, performance testing and validations</li>
<li>Experience in Trims domain with Surface modelling & Solid modelling</li>
