<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, Lead process development, prototype builds, training, New product development, managing cost out programs, etc.</li>
<li>Define requirements for production capacity, initial acceptance quality, cycle time, manufacturing test equipment, and documentation for your product line.</li>
<li>Lead New Product Introductions (NPIs).</li>
<li>Develop project plans and execute them to meet plan and milestone targets</li>
<li>Ensure all QMS Requirements, for manufacturing, are met during the program</li>
<li>Support Transfer projects between sites and other internal/external sites</li>
<li>Work with global teams and customers during the NPI and as well as Serial production phase.</li>
<li>Work with MFG Operations to simplify production lines, and improve productivity.</li>
<li>This is a key technical cross-functional team member position, with interaction among engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and the supplier base that will drive cross-functional execution to exceed milestone and program targets for NPIs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, Preferably Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>Ability to identify/track metrics and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.</li>
<li>Ability to interface with varied levels from Operators to Plant Management.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experience in CNC machining of super Alloys and cast iron.</li>
<li>Expert in drawing reading & GD&T.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in DMG & Mazak 5 Axis Machines, HMCs, and TMCs.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Mazatrol and Sinumeric Control Systems.</li>
<li>Expertise in CAM programming.</li>
<li>Expertise in Estimation/Costing and Economics of Machining.</li>
<li>Experience in Assembly and fabrication processes.</li>
