<p>The mission of Quality engineer: Contribute to quality management of various product portfolios at BHS group by developing a strategy of quality management, driving quality issues with the internal team, and executing operations of quality tasks.</p>
<p>Main Task:<br />
1. Developing and implementing quality standards for various products and services.<br />
2. Developing and implementing quality control systems.<br />
3. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.<br />
4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met, working with the production and technical team.<br />
5. Collaborating with the project, lifecycle, Sales, and other key managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.<br />
6. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.<br />
7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.<br />
8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.<br />
9. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
1. Degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.<br />
2. Any quality management certification preferred.<br />
3. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.<br />
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br />
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />
6. Excellent project management skills.</p>
