CVDE -Design Engineer

<ul> <li>Design of Fuel tanks/Fuel system/LNG/Fuel Cells/Fenders</li> <li>Fairings/Tail Lamp and mounting brackets</li> <li>Design of casting anchorages and Sheet metal components</li> <li>Design of Complex Sheet metal parts &amp; brackets</li> <li>Work closely with supplier for development components</li> <li>Engineering documentation of drawings and specifications</li> <li>Documentation of solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education, Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.E Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with Relevant experience (3 to 10 Years)</li> <li>Hands on work experience in similar automotive domain preferred</li> <li>Experience in heavy commercial vehicle industry will be an added advantage</li> <li>Good knowledge of application of GD&amp;T</li> </ul> <p><strong>The key personal skills for this role are:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge on design of sheet metal brackets and casting component design.</li> <li>Design and installation of Fuel Tanks and Systems.</li> <li>Extensive hands on experience in ProE (wf4.0 &amp; above) / Creo and PDM software s is mandatory</li> <li>Exposure to vehicle packaging and DMU mock up Creo View is required</li> <li>Design and installation of different mechanical components on chassis</li> <li>Familiar to different types of truck/automotive aggregates preferred</li> <li>Strong in engineering fundamentals and its applications</li> <li>Good networking and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Good team player and contributor in Cross Functional Teams</li> </ul>
