<div>We are seeking a <strong>Junior Automotive Part Press Tool Designer</strong> in <strong>press tool design for automotive components.</strong>The candidate will collaborate with the design team to develop progressive dies tandem dies and transfer dies for highvolume automotive manufacturing.<br><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong></div><ul><li>Assist in designing press tools for automotive parts like body panels and brackets.</li><li>Support the design of progressive dies tandem dies and transfer dies as per specifications.</li><li>Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD CATIA and NX.</li><li>Prepare tooling drawings BOMs and documentation.</li><li>Incorporate GD&amp;T standards into tooling designs.</li><li>Assist in tool prototype creation and validation trials.</li><li>Collaborate with production quality and maintenance teams for manufacturability and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ensure all designs and modifications are properly documented.<br></li></ul>
