Roles and Responsibilities:
To implement plans and initiatives relating to the Brand and Activations
Translate brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
Organize and execute On ground campaigns
Forging alliances with Publication houses, TV channels, OOH partners, Local Influencers, Malls Colleges for campaign amplification execution
Vendor management
To liaise with internal and external teams including Programming, design, PR, sales, digital teams etc.
Adhere to our marketing strategy and content plan set out by stakeholders
Report on campaign performance to senior managers and relevant stakeholders
Develop creative materials, templates collaterals with the designer
Design Marketing decks for regional National Marketing properties
Monitor market trends, research competitors' activities in the space of audio
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms
Key Requirements:
Hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Good PPT Excel skills
Prior experience within Brand Management Activations. Min. 3-4 years
Good communication skills, both verbal and written are a creative thinker
You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
Enthusiasm for learning and growing
Healthy PR skills with media houses like Print, TV etc will be an added advantage
