ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Job Posting and Sourcing: Post job openings on appropriate platforms, search for and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct in-person interviews. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and the organization. Offer Negotiations: Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain recruitment metrics, track and analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Talent Acquisition Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that the recruitment process is cost-effective. Employer Branding: Represent the organization in a positive light to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand. REQUIREMENTS: End to end recruitment, from sourcing, screening, placing the candidates on a particular locations, from various portals like- Naukri, Shine, Linkedln etc. Excellent communication skills. Candidates with – MBA / Mechanical Background preferred must have at least 1 year of experience. Candidates from – Mechanical companies / Consultancy are preferred. Should be from bulk/volume hiring background and/or support hiring. Should have very strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
