Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials such as aluminum scrap, alloys, and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report any deviations or non-conformities and work with the procurement team to resolve issues. Process Control: Monitor and control the production processes involved in aluminum recycling, ensuring that they are executed according to established procedures and quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize quality. Finished Product Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections on finished aluminum products to verify quality and conformity to customer specifications. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as required. Quality Testing: Conduct various quality tests on aluminum products, including but not limited to hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition analysis. Operate testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and any quality-related incidents. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance practices and standards across the organization. Ensuring safety in department by HIRA and elimination of hazards Implementing kaizens and product / process improvements to address issue of plant and field Conducting daily toolbox meetings, safety meetings, work allocation to inspectors and monitoring.
