Role responsibilities Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty) Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues. Should have knowledge of Electrical equipment selection and installation like cables, LT panels, Earthing system Should be well acquainted with Legal as well as Electrical Safety Standard, LOTO and Design safety requirements.

Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials such as aluminum scrap, alloys, and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report any deviations or non-conformities and work with the procurement team to resolve issues. Process Control: Monitor and control the production processes involved in aluminum recycling, ensuring that they are executed according to established procedures and quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize quality. Finished Product Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections on finished aluminum products to verify quality and conformity to customer specifications. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as required. Quality Testing: Conduct various quality tests on aluminum products, including but not limited to hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition analysis. Operate testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and any quality-related incidents. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance practices and standards across the organization. Development and validation of jigs and fixtures for manufactured parts, providing inputs during DAP. Conducting MSA and SPC for machined components. Approval and Validation of manufacturing process. Ensuring safety in department by HIRA and elimination of hazards Implementing kaizens and product / process improvements to address issue of plant and field Conducting daily toolbox meetings, safety meetings, work allocation to inspectors and monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities Overall responsibility of managing customer inspections, TPI, expeditors, project planning and co-ordination, documentation, getting dispatch clearance, maintaining quality standards and procedures in the firm, managing audits by independent agencies and customers, maintaining WPS PQR, all calibrations and testing, preparing QAP, procedures and other quality related documentation and getting them approved by the customer. Experience with EIL projects highly recommended. Desired Candidate Profile At least 1-6 years experience in managing QA / QC activities in pressure vessel industry. Very high self motivation and good leadership skills. Ability to manage and guide the team, manage customers, inspectors. Co-ordinate with customers for communicating delivery schedules, co-ordinate with suppliers for quality and timely material delivery. Experience in working with customers like NPCIL, EIL, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, BHEL, NTPC, BV, TUV, etc. Established relationships with various third party inspectors. Knowledge/Skills Boilers, Heavy/Medium fabrication in pressure vessel, Heat, Exchanger, Boiler, Piping Experienced working in a pressure vessel/heat exchangers fabrication industry as a QA/QC Engineer Existing Supplier Quality Issue, New supplier Development Knowledge of ASME Code / Specification / Other client Requirements. Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping Parts. ISO-QMS documents preparations Non-Destructive methods Level 2 in UT, LPT, RT Qualified by ASNT certificate Preferred Application experience of Kaizen and 6 sigma techniques preferable. Evaluating All Non-Conformity Implementing remedial actions. QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit. AWS or CSWIP 3.1 certified candidates are preferred
