Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in promoting and selling our Supply Chain Finance product in our company. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals for our supply chain finance solutions. Responsibilities: 1) Sales Execution: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs. Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients. 2) Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products. 3) Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 4) Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven track record of at least 1-5 years in sales, preferably in the distribution sector (FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, etc.). An understanding of supply chain finance or working capital solutions is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortness in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
